Two engineering approaches

Small volume storage (≤ 1,000 Litres)

For storage volumes up to 500–1,000 litres, Aether typically adopts rotationally moulded HDPE tanks sourced from qualified industrial suppliers.


These solutions are suitable for:

  • reagent dosing systems
  • auxiliary services
  • standardised storage applications

In this range, industrial catalogue tanks offer reliable performance when correctly selected and installed.

Large volume and spent solution storage (≥ 2000 L)

For storage volumes above 2,000 litres, Aether designs and manufactures custom chemical storage tanks compliant with BS EN 12573-2.

These tanks are used for:

  • fresh chemical reagents
  • spent and exhausted solutions
  • chemically aggressive or variable liquids

Aether-built tanks are manufactured in black HDPE and cover storage capacities up to 25,000–30,000 litres, depending on service conditions.
